Swimming Lessons
Our Adult & Child Scheme (6 months to 4.5 years) gets pre-schoolers used to the water and introduces aqua skills.
Our popular Inverness Leisure Swimming Programme group lessons for children take school-age children from novice through to club entry standard, gaining aqua skills and confidence as they learn their strokes. Each group concentrates on one stroke, allowing children to develop their swimming quickly and easily.
Adult swimming lessons are available for both beginners and improvers.
1-2-1 swimming lessons are also available for all levels.
Check out our programme of classes, class times and prices.
