Safety Admissions Policy

In the interests of safety, the following restrictions are in place:

Never leave your child or children unattended

Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied one adult per one child, and will be restricted to the following areas:

• Toddler pool
• Wave pool - shallow water only and spa pool
• The river - with flotation device and parental assistance
• Competition Pool - shallow water only (N.B. variable depth with floating floor)

Children over the age of 5 and under the age of 8 must be accompanied one adult per two children.

Weak and non-swimmers will be restricted to the following areas:

• Toddler pool
• Wave pool - shallow water only and spa pool
• The river - with flotation device and parental assistance
• Outdoor pool
• Flumes - accompanying parent should go down first - N.B. height restrictions apply
• Competition Pool - shallow water only (N.B. variable depth with floating floor)

All children under the age of 8 should use a flotation device in the river.

Flumes: Height restrictions apply to all flume users. Accompanying parent should go down first.
