Sports Halls
(Pay As You Play Bookings)
|
All PAYP bookings must be paid on booking or within 24 hours of making the booking, failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking without notification. Refund will only be issued in the event of cancellation provided customer has given a minimum of 48 hours notice. A full refund will be given in event of cancellation by Inverness Leisure.
Where a booking is made less than 48 hours in advance payment must be made at the time of booking.
High Life customers failing to attend a booking will have note added to their account and in the event of a second non attendance will have their advance booking privilege withdrawn for a period of one month, any further issues will be dealt with by management.

Sunbeds
|
All bookings must be paid on booking or within 24 hours of making the booking, failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking without notification. Refund will only be issued in event of cancellation provided customer has given a minimum of 48 hours notice. A full refund will be given in event of cancellation by Inverness Leisure.

Climbing Wall Courses
|
All PAYP bookings must be paid on booking or within 24 hours of making the bookiing, failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking without notification.
Should customer require to cancel their booking they must give a minimum of 7 days notice.
Where a booking is made less than 7 days in advance payment must be made at the time of booking.
Failure to do this will result in customer name being removed from the waiting list and having to pay the full charge when / if they apply for the course again.
Refund will only be issued in event of cancellation provided customer gives a minimum of 7 days notice. A full refund will be given in event of cancellation by Inverness Leisure.

Training Courses
|
Full payment must be made on booking, at least 7 days prior to course start date. Cancellation by customer more than 7 days in advance of course start date will result in 50% refund of the total cost of the course.
No refund will be given within 7 days of the course start date (including if candidate leaves during duration of course).
Cancellations should be made initially by phone and must be followed up in writing.
Inverness Leisure reserve the right with due notification, to re-schedule or cancel any course if candidate numbers are not reached. In this instance a full refund of their payment will be made.

High Life
|
Cardholder agreement will be for a minimum of 12 months and “rolling” thereafter, can only be terminated by the lead cardholder giving 28 days notice in writing to issuing Centre after the initial 12 month period. Should cancellation be made within the first 12 months, customer will only be able to rejoin the scheme 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Gym Inductions / Programmes /GP Referrals

Refund will only be issued in event of cancellation provided customer gives a minimum of 48 hours notice. A full refund will be given in event of cancellation by Inverness Leisure.

High Life customers failing to attend a booking will have their name removed from the waiting list (where applicable) and they will have to pay the full charge when / if they apply for the session again.

Swimming Lessons/ Kidz Activities
|
All PAYP bookings must be paid on booking or within 24 hours of making the booking, failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking without notification.
If a customer misses 2 lessons without notification they will be removed from the class.
If a customer on the waiting list declines more than one offer of a suitable place they will be removed from the list.
If a customer books and pays for swimming lessons or Kidz activities then decides to join High Life following the start of term, they will not receive a refund for that term.
If a customer joins High Life then cancels they will receive a slip to advise them of this and they will be asked to either rejoin or pay the remaining lessons within that term.
In the event of cancellation by customer no refund will be given on the remainder of that term. A full refund will be given in event of cancellation by Inverness Leisure.
