Our activities include things like badminton, athletics and trampolining as well as dance mats, climbing and kids gym just to give a flavour of what is offered.
At Inverness Leisure, we take great pride in all of our staff and this is the reason that all our instructors and coaches are fully qualified and approved to be working with children and vulnerable adults.
Our sports activities are split into two catergories; pre-school and junior. Pre-school activities are bookable on a first come served basis with no waiting lists. All places for these activities can be booked at main reception. Junior activities currently have a waiting list, this can be accessed by using the link at the bottom of the page.

Mini Athletics – During this class we aim to teach the basic movements for running, jumping and throwing while learning the essential skills for athletics such as balance, co-ordination and flexibility. This class is suitable for children aged 3 1/2 – 5 year olds. Classes run on Thursdays at 1230,1300 and 1330 during the school term.
Mini Gym – This activity allows children to play mini games and sports to help build their coordination and social skills while having fun. Great activity suitable for 3-5 year old children. Classes run on Mondays at 1300 and 1330 during the school term.
Jumping For Fun - This class is a great way to develop new skills and improve co-ordination in this fun activity on the trampolines. Suitable for children aged 3 1/2 -5 years. Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0930, 1015, 1100, 1245, 1330 and 1415 during the school term.
Play & Go – A supervised play session invloving a soft play circuit and bouncy castle. This class is suitable for all children who can walk. Sessions are spilt into age groups for children aged over 3 and under 3. Classes run on Thursdays during the school term. Under 3′s class runs 0945-1030 and over 3′s runs 1045-1130.
