My name is Audrey Dignan, I am Customer Service & Events Officer for the company and have held this position since 2001, prior to that I was Head Receptionist and before that worked at the old swimming pool in Glebe Street (happy days!).
My main duties are the handling of customer feedback, management of bookings for the facility, liaison with the Inverness Leisure User Group and overseeing the reception department in the role of their Team Leader.
What I most enjoy about my job is the interaction with people of all ages and the fact that no two days are ever the same – as the largest leisure facility in the area there is a never ending variety in what we deal with on a daily basis and we never know what the next customer approach is going to bring!
